Director Duncan McKenzie founded Studio Mac (SMAC!) in 2023, building upon his extensive experience in filming and photographing South Australian residential and commercial real estate. Throughout his career, Duncan has collaborated on national sale campaigns with renowned industry leaders, earning him a well-deserved reputation within the local real estate community.

Inspired by the potential of digital content channels, Duncan initially established himself as Duncan McKenzie Photography, forming an outlet for his personal creative pursuits including lifestyle videography and photography. As his passion and expertise evolved, so did his vision and client list, leading to the birth of SMAC! photo + video, a full-service agency specialising in residential, commercial and agricultural real estate.

Duncan’s unique blend of skills across various disciplines, along with his personable and easy-going nature sets him apart from others and allows him to deliver unparalleled visual storytelling that leaves a lasting impression.

As both Director and videographer/photographer, Duncan brings a distinct perspective to each SMAC! project. And with an Advanced Diploma of Photography along with a Casa RePL drone pilot licence, Duncan is well-equipped to capture stunning visuals that encapsulate experiences and tell compelling stories.
